About Clean Drains LLC

We fix drains the way they should have been fixed the first time.

I started doing plumbing work at nineteen. Not because I had a five-year plan. Because I needed to work, and someone gave me a shot. For the next twenty-four years, I worked for two big plumbing companies in Middlesex County. I learned the trade from the ground up. I learned how to diagnose problems. I learned what corners could be cut and which ones shouldn't be. I also learned how to charge fairly for good work.

In 2023, my body told me to stop. Multiple surgeries. Two years out of work. Two years watching the work I loved from the sidelines. But I kept thinking about the calls I'd taken, the problems I'd solved, the homeowners who just needed someone honest to tell them what was actually wrong and how much it would actually cost. In 2025, I decided to start Clean Drains LLC. Not to build an empire. To do the work the right way.

What We Learned Along the Way

When you spend decades inside drain systems, you see patterns. You see what fails and why. You see which fixes hold and which ones just delay the problem. Most importantly, you learn that the customer doesn't want to be sold. They want to understand.

Good work speaks. It's quieter than marketing, but it lasts longer. When we clear a line or find a crack with video inspection, we explain exactly what we found and what needs to happen next. If you ask us a question, you get a straight answer, not a pitch. That honesty costs us some jobs. We've turned down work because the customer didn't actually need what was being suggested. But it keeps the customers we do take on coming back, and it keeps them recommending us to their neighbors.

Reasonable pricing isn't about being the cheapest. It's about matching the price to the actual value of the work done. No markup for showing up. No hidden fees because we underestimated the job. We do the work, we tell you what it costs, and we do it on time. That approach won't make us the biggest company in Middlesex County. But it means we can keep doing what we started this business to do.

'You don't get a second chance to make a first impression, but you do get a second chance to admit when you made a mistake or when your price was off. We take both seriously.'

How We Work

We handle sewer and drain problems that others make complicated. Video camera inspection to see exactly what's happening. Hydro jetting to clean lines without guessing. Grease and scale removal. Downspout and outside drain work. Drain repair when clearing alone won't fix it. French drain cleaning. Whatever the problem is in Middlesex County, we've done it before.

When you call, you're talking to someone who actually knows plumbing, not a dispatcher reading a script. We listen to what's happening at your home. We ask the right questions. We show up ready to solve the problem or explain why we need to come back with different equipment. And we give you a price that feels fair because it is.

That's it. That's the business. We do good work. We charge a reasonable price. We show up and we get it done. If that matches what you're looking for, call us. We're here for Middlesex County.
